Saumur Brut Rosé
Fine bubbles of Cabernet Franc in ancestral method: a wine to be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif to enjoy its aromas of strawberry and crunchy red berries.
Saumur Brut Blanc
Chenin bubbles in all their splendor, with a touch of Cabernet Franc for roundness and aging for 24 to 36 months to refine the effervescence. A real party wine!
Chenin de Targé
This fresh 100% Chenin white is dedicated to immediate pleasure, with seafood, oysters, fresh cheese or simply as an aperitif, on the beach or on the terrace.
Les Fresnettes
A vintage that we have cherished for almost 20 years: it is a dry Chenin resulting from successive hand-sorting on plots with low yields. This wine keeps its aromas of white fruits and its body of beautiful breadth and extraordinary nobility over the years.
La Rose de Targé
A rosé that is different from the region's traditions: very pale thanks to gentle pneumatic pressing directly after the harvest, and almost dry after slow cold fermentation, it develops a delicious entry in the mouth and finishes very smoothly.
Clos Saint Père
The new vintage since the 2020 vintage only: an easy-drinking red wine, ideal for lightly starting an aperitif or an evening.
Cuvée Ferry
A selection of Cabernet Franc plots with which we seek a little more maturity and a more advanced extraction, in order to obtain a powerful wine in its youth, and rounding out with the years. Who said that Loire wines could not age?
Clos du Moulin
Very shallow clay-limestone terroir of Clos du Moulin, on the edge of the Parnay hillside 800m from the Château, which develops powerful tannins and a very fruity mouthfeel from its youth and will round out and acquire a patina over the decades.
Le Gory
Very shallow clay-limestone terroir of Gory, on the Parnay hillside 400m from the Château, on which we find great finesse in the mouth and a distinguished wine which only asks to be refined in the cellar.
Single Barrel
Paul's first wine in Targé, to try a method learned in the new world. What power, what roundness, and what excess too in this single barrel!
Chinon de Targé
Following a massive mildew attack in 2018 that ravaged the vineyard, then still in the middle of the transition to organic farming, we bought grapes in Chinon, on an excellent terroir. Very typical of Chinon, in a sumptuous vintage.
Coteaux de Targé
On the edge of the hillside, as in Vouvray and in the Layon, we can make extraordinary sweet wines from noble rot or passerillage. Freshness and acidity are sought before the explosion of flavors brought by this wine.
